JUMP SKILLS
Basic Bounce
● Nº1 - Jump rope forward on two feet with a
small bounce in between. (Double Bounce)
● Nº3 - Jump
rope backwards on two feet with a small bounce in between. (Double Bounce)
One Foot Hop
● Nº5 - Jump rope forward on one foot
Jogging Step
Before starting the activity, make sure of the following:
You need to wear a proper PE outfit: Tracksuit or Sports clothes, T-shirt, socks and trainers (you can skip bearfoot as well)
Equipment you need: skipping rope or something similar.
Be careful! Try not to break anything in the house. If you have neighbours downstairs, don't jump for more than 30 minutes.

Hola, Jo no vaig poder fer res perqué no tenia corda, pero vaig fer amb el pare toques amb la pilota, tambe vam fer una graella per rondes: Ricard 76 punts i papa 56 punts.
ResponEliminaBon dia Ricard, no passa res si no vas poder fer la proposta, el més importanat és que vas trobar una activitat física alternativa que també està bé. Al final el què ens interessa és no estar massa parats. Qualsevol activitat de moviment és benvinguda.
